First step of our Carbon Care actions is to endeavour to reduce our emissions. It is the most important step! The organization team has actions, e.g., choosing less emitting meals, low-consumption light bulbs, low-emission local transports. In order to reduce your emissions, we propose:

several tools to choose your transport to Lille, with information and comparison of several transport types (plane, train, car) and their greenhouse emissions, if available. We have selected a world-wide tool and an european tool. You may find here some examples of transportation from your place to Lille, where train is faster than plane. a list of hotels where their emission is estimated. Two hotels have an ecological label and emit significantly less greenhouse gas than the others.
