PLEASE NOTE:

  • In order to complete your registration, you will have to know whether you are liable for the Value Added Tax (VAT) and, if that is the case, your VAT number will be required.

  • If you cannot register online and you require the assistance of Carte Blanche for your registration, you will be charged an additional 18 € of manual registration charges.

  • ALL payments for the EPE'13 ECCE Europe Conference are in EUROS.

  • For organisational purposes, tutorial registrations will close on Sunday 25th August 2013.
    If you want to attend to a tutorial, you have to register and to pay by Sunday 25th August. If we have NOT received your tutorial registration fees by this date, your tutorial registration will be cancelled. It will NOT be possible to make any change to your tutorial registration or to register for a tutorial after this date.


Important information for discount rates

EPE, IEEE or IET member
If you wish to benefit from the EPE, IEEE or IET member registration fees, you must be up-to-date with your 2013 membership.
Your EPE or IEEE membership number will be required when you register.
For IET members, an IET pass number will be required to allow you to gain the member registration fee. To obtain this pass number, please email transport@theiet.org providing your name and IET membership number.

Student
If you wish to benefit from the student registration fees, you will be required to send a proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card) to Carte Blanche (see contact details below).
Without proof of your status, you will not be entitled to the student registration fees.

Discount countries
To verify whether the country in which you reside is a discount country, please click here.

Young scientist (less than 30-year old) from discount countries
If you wish to benefit from the young scientist registration fees, you will be required to send a proof of your date of birth (i.e. copy of your passport) to Carte Blanche (see contact details below).
Without proof of your date of birth, you will not be entitled to the young scientist registration fees.

Registration confirmation
Registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of full payment AND proof of your status for discount rates.


Letter for Visa

If you require a letter stating your participation in the conference to help you with your visa application, you have to :

  • first register to the conference and pay your registration fees
  • then request your letter using the "Letter for Visa" button

Your letter will be automatically sent by email as a PDF file.
You can also order a hard copy of your letter by paying an additional fee of 40 EUR with a payment by credit card online.

Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation request must be sent by email to carte-blanche@epe.cborg.net
The following fees will be applied for a registration cancellation or for any additional order cancellation:

  • 25% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received before 24th June

  • 50% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received between 24th June and 26th August included

  • 100% of the registration fees/additional order for any request received after 26th August

In the event of dispute, the only competent court will be the Court of Brussels, Belgium.
